Funny part is that Tibet has been a part of China way the f*** before US, Canada, AUS, New Zealand were even founded by the Europeans. Taking about “Legitimacy”?? ONCE you guys were out of North America, Oceania, and Free the natives, we shall be out of Tibet in no time.
1903 AD, due to the weakness of Qing Dynasty, British ppl gained control over Tibet as a colonial region and treated them as slaves. Prior to 1950 when Chinese regained Tibet, Tibet was still in a slavery society under Dalai Lama’s puppet regime.

Dalai Lama was, and still is funded by CIA in separating Tibet from China. In 1950s, CIA and British forced Indian government to accept Dalai Lama and have been funding his campaign ever since.
Chinese government spends over 200 million RMB (40 million US dollars) a year on developing Tibet, building schools, hospitals, infrastructures…
Britain: Scotland, Northern Ireland independence!
United States: Free Texas Republic or just all pack up and go back to Europe
Canada: Quebec Referendum or just all pack up n leave, and give the land back to the native ppl
Japan: Hokkaido Independence, Okinawa Independence
Australia: Stop treating the natives like crap or just pack up n leave
